Service Price, Fees 
Customers shall pay fees according to agreed milestones. Payment reminders will be sent via email. Services past due for 10 business days may incur a late fee. Fees may increase with 30 days’ notice unless otherwise agreed. 

Deposit 
Customers agree to an initial non refundable pre payment before service commencement. Payments follow milestone agreements. 

Expenses 
Customers agree to reimburse Siam SoftTech Solutions Thailand for all expenses related to services as per these Terms and the MSA. 

Invoice Interval 
Invoices will be sent for each milestone as agreed in the MSA. 

Method of Payment 
Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer, Cheque, PayPal, etc. 

Work Product and Ownership 
All work created by Siam SoftTech Solutions Thailand belongs to the company until full payment is received. Ownership transfers to the customer upon clearing final payment. 

Customer Support 
We provide 4 weeks of free support post deployment. Issues reported after 4 weeks will be charged separately. For service related questions, contact [email protected]; we strive to respond within 24 hours. 

Who May Request Support Service 
Support be provided only to the Customer, not third parties. 

Customer Agent or Representative 
The Customer may appoint representatives to communicate, accept deliverables, and approve variations. Replacement of representatives may incur delays or extra charges. 

Data Collection 
Submitting Requests for Quote or Call Back may require personal data. We treat your data with care and comply with GDPR and applicable privacy laws. Data will not be sold or disclosed without consent. 

Eligibility for Access 
By using our site, you confirm that you are over 18 and legally capable of entering into a contract. 

Copyrights Infringement Policy 
We respect intellectual property. If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact siamsofttech.com with your notice including identification, signature, and relevant details. 

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Customer’s Obligations 
Customers must maintain security, comply with laws, update billing info, pay fees timely, and provide accurate project data. Siam SoftTech Solutions Thailand is not responsible for unauthorized access unrelated to our systems. Feedback is requested within 4 weeks post delivery. 

Intellectual Property 
Siam SoftTech Solutions Thailand retains rights to all services, usage data, and derivative works until final payment.
